Job description

Whitemonde is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Interior Designer or Assistant Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of interior design concepts, space planning, material selection, and design software.

We welcome applications from both junior candidates with basic design knowledge and experienced designers with strong technical and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space-planning solutions.

  • Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials.

  • Assist in selecting furniture, finishes, lighting, materials, and color schemes.

  • Prepare detailed drawings and coordinate with MEP and other project teams.

  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and site teams as required.

  • Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and ensure compliance with approved drawings.

  • Revise drawings and designs based on client requirements and project specifications.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or other relevant design software.

  • Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and space planning.

  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply, depending on their technical skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.

  • Knowledge of technical drawings, detailing, and site coordination.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
