Job Description – Interior Fit-Out Site Engineer

Position: Interior Fit-Out Site Engineer

Location: UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 7,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Fit-Out Site Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects, strong site execution skills, and a valid UAE driving licence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily interior fit-out site activities.

  • Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.

  • Supervise civil and interior finishing works including gypsum, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, carpentry, and related works.

  • Read and interpret architectural, shop, and MEP drawings.

  • Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and workmanship.

  • Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements.

  • Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.

  • Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.

  • Coordinate material deliveries and site requirements.

  • Manage snagging, rectification, inspections, and project handover.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements on site.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out – Mandatory.

  • BE/Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, OR

  • Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

  • Valid UAE Driving Licence – Mandatory.

  • Good knowledge of interior fit-out and finishing works.

  • Ability to read and understand architectural and shop drawings.

  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Salary

AED 4,000 – AED 7,000 per month, depending on qualifications and relevant UAE experience.

Important: Only candidates with relevant UAE interior fit-out experience and a valid UAE driving licence will be considered.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
