About the Role
We’re looking for an Intermediate Accountant to join our team at DW Mathers & Co. In this client-facing role, in conjunction with the Partners and Senior Accountants, you’ll manage your own portfolio of small business clients, providing end-to-end tax and accounting services and day-to-day advice.
You’ll work independently, and also as part of a collaborative and close-knit team that shares knowledge, supports one another, and genuinely cares about client outcomes.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is confident, client-focused, and ready to grow.
You’ll have:

Minimum 1.5 years experience in Australian public practice and currently studying towards CA/CPA

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Excellent communication skills

Solid understanding of accounting software and systems.
