Job Summary
We are looking for an International Staff Accountant to join our accounting team in Wilmington, MA. Reporting to the Sr. International Accountant, this role supports intercompany, international, and management reporting functions across multiple business entities.

Daily

Run EOD Telnet Report for companies 01, 02 and 07

Reconcile Intercompany Drop Shipment Report in Telnet

Reconcile Inter-divisional Report in Telnet

Reconcile Interbranch Cash and Sales spreadsheets
Weekly
-
Update WSIB Spreadsheet with ADP Canada payroll amounts
-
Review ADP Canada weekly upload files and post in Oracle
-
Update DBR and HEI UPS spreadsheets and prepare payment details
Monthly
-
GST Filings for Heilind Inc
-
Rent schedules for HEI, DBR, LTD and ICC. Payment
-
Maverick P&L and Inventory reports to Sam and Jorge
-
Update Force and Bronco spreadsheets and post entries
-
Update management reporting financial statements
-
Bank reconciliations
-
I/C statements and A/P invoices to Asia and Europe

Canada Expense report entries
-
Health Insurance Analysis

Reconcile and clear Branch Exchange Accounts

Update and analyze Intercompany Reconciliation spreadsheet

Education/Experience
-
Must have an associate degree in accounting or related field
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience with General Ledger work

Oracle and Telnet system experience a plus.
Skills And Requirements

To perform the position, you must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR. ITAR defines a US Person as a US Citizen, US Permanent Resident (I.e., 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Must be able to report to assigned office location during scheduled in-office

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting

Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, .) and Word.

Physical Requirements
