Location: Dubai

Experience: Minimum 5 years - IT Business Analyst Insurance Sector

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst, Finance to support finance system enhancements and payment gateway integration projects within the insurance sector.

The role involves gathering requirements, preparing functional and integration specifications, coordinating with technical teams and vendors, managing UAT, and supporting go-live and post-production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, functional, and integration requirements.

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, Solution Design Documents, process flows, and detailed data mappings.

• Work closely with Finance users, developers, Solution Architects, QA teams, and vendors.

• Prepare test cases and coordinate SIT and UAT activities.

• Manage rollout, go-live, release documentation, and post-production support.

• Identify requirement gaps, risks, dependencies, and integration impacts.

• Support finance processes including payments, AP, AR, GL, reconciliation, VAT, tax, and financial closing.

• Maintain project activities and delivery status in JIRA.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, system implementation, or application rollout.

• Experience in P&C, General, Health, Life Insurance, or a similar regulated industry.

• Strong knowledge of finance and payment processes.

• Experience with payment gateways, payment integrations, settlement, and reconciliation.

• Strong experience preparing functional specifications, API requirements, and data mappings.

• Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, go-live, and production support.

• Knowledge of APIs, databases, SQL, or PL/SQL.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage requirements end to end.

Preferred Skills

• E-invoicing experience

• AWS or Azure exposure

• SaaS or on-premises application implementation

• Fintech or digital payment experience

• UAE or GCC experience

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
