IT Project Manager

• Lead and coordinate assigned technical projects across the company.

• Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within deadlines and budget, while aligning with business and IT goals and strategies.

• Manage cross-functional teams, track project milestones, and ensure successful delivery of IT services and solutions.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Manage project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Coordinate with internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.

• Monitor and report on project progress using defined and approved tools.

• Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes through appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

• Foster strong communication among stakeholders, team members, and leadership.

• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and areas for improvement.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with IT governance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus.

• At least 5 years of proven experience managing IT projects within a corporate environment, demonstrating a strong track record.

• PMP or similar project management certification is essential to validate expertise in project management methodologies.

• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt and implement the appropriate approach.
