Job Title: Accountant – Interior Design & Fit-Out Location: Qatar

Job Description:

We are seeking a capable Accountant to support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records and assist with project cost tracking across our interior design and fit-out projects.

• Process daily transactions, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare client invoices, follow up on collections and coordinate approved supplier payments.

• Track project expenses against budgets, purchase orders and supporting documents.

• Assist with financial reports, profit and loss statements, and cash flow forecasts.

• Support payroll, petty cash, month-end closing, audits and tax documentation.

• Coordinate with project and procurement teams to maintain accurate cost records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar

• 0-2 years accounting experience (experience in project-based roles preferred)

• Exposure to interior design, construction, or fit-out industries is a plus

• Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or equivalent

• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

• Fluency in English & Arabic is a requirement
