Jr. Quantity Surveyor- Mechanical

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of GCC experience in Mechanical/MEP projects and possess strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost estimation, contract administration, and project cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs from mechanical drawings and specifications.

• Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents.

• Monitor project costs, variations, and ensure budget compliance.

• Prepare monthly valuations, progress claims, and final accounts.

• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, invoices, and payment applications.

• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors on commercial matters.

• Maintain accurate records of quantities, costs, and contract documentation.

• Assist in the preparation and submission of variation orders and claims.

• Support procurement activities by verifying material quantities and requirements.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

✅ Minimum 3 years of GCC experience as a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor (Mandatory).

✅ Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other Mechanical systems.

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying practices.

✅ Knowledge of contract administration and cost control procedures.

✅ Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
