Joining our Brisbane Software Solutions team, you’ll work alongside senior Account Executives to support major local government accounts while mastering Microsoft licensing and cloud technology. It is a collaborative, high-growth environment offering genuine pathways to advance into an enterprise sales career.
In this role you will:

Partner with senior Account Executives to manage and grow key local government & university customer accounts.

Gain hands-on exposure to market-leading software & cloud solutions.

Contribute to customer proposals, quotes, and tender responses, sales process and administration

Resolve customer inquiries collaboratively while driving repeat business, solution upsell and customer loyalty.

Learn end-to-end IT sales operations, forecasting, and vendor pricing processes.
About You
-
Background in Sales, Call centre, IT Sales or Technical support with a passion for IT Sales and Account management.

Proactive mindset with a strong drive to learn—no direct Account Manager experience required!

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening.

Customer-first attitude with natural relationship-building skills.

High energy, initiative, and eagerness to build a long-term technology sales career.

Strong Administrative and planning skills
Nice to Haves:

Prior exposure to Microsoft solutions, cloud technologies, IT services or Software licensing.

Experience working for, with, or alongside local government councils or Universities
-
Familiarity with council procurement processes and local government operations.
