We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

-Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

-Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables.

-Prepare invoices, payments vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents.

-Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on collections.

-Reconcile bank accounts, supplier accounting and customer accounts.

-Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting schedules.

-Handle petty cash and company expenses.

-Assist with payroll and other financial-related matters.

-Prepare and maintain documents and required to UAE VAT Filling and compliance.

-Ensure proper filling and maintenance of accounting documents.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related field.

*Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

*Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

*UAE Experience is an advantage.
