Junior Accountant

About the Role

Outreach Solutions is looking for a Junior Bookkeeper to join our finance team in Dubai. This is an entry-level, on-site position ideal for a recent graduate looking to start their career in bookkeeping and accounting. No prior work experience is required — full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers

• Reconcile bank statements and accounts

• Assist with invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

• Maintain organized financial records and documentation

• Assist the finance team with ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required

• English must be the candidate's first language (fluent, native-level proficiency)

• Must be able to work on-site in Dubai (business bay office)

• No prior professional experience necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Computing

• Familiarity with basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) is a plus, though not required

Compensation

Competitive salary, commensurate with qualifications.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
