Junior Accountant – F&B / Hospitality

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to join our team in the F&B and hospitality industry. The candidate will assist with daily accounting operations, financial records, invoice processing, and payment tracking to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily financial records and accounting entries.

• Handle invoices, receipts, payments, and expense records.

• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Monitor daily sales, cash collections, and expenses across outlets.

• Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

• Coordinate with other departments to verify invoices and transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Previous experience in accounting; F&B or hospitality experience is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

• Strong numerical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Immediate joiners preferred; short-notice candidates will also be considered.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
