We are looking for a Junior Accountant with strong Accounts Receivable (AR) skills to join our finance team

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities.

• Prepare and issue customer invoices and credit notes.

• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.

• Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Allocate and record customer payments accurately.

• Maintain accurate AR records and aging reports.

• Assist with collection activities and maintain good customer relationships.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly AR reports.

• Support month-end closing and other accounting activities.

• Assist the finance team with general accounting duties when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelors of science in Accountancy.

• Strong practical experience in Accounts Receivable.

• Good knowledge of invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and receivables aging.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quick Books accounting software.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Good communication and follow-up skills.
