Junior AI Engineer (Artificial Intelligence)

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in identifying AI use cases across business functions.

· Support the implementation, integration, and testing of AI solutions.

· Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, and business requirements.

· Monitor AI performance and identify issues requiring improvement.

• Gather, preprocess, and prepare datasets with high data quality and relevance to support effective model training and evaluation.

· Work with APIs and CRM systems to integrate AI solutions.

· Coordinate with external vendors for AI project implementation, testing, issue resolution, and timely delivery.

· Prepare test scenarios, documentation, and performance reports.

· Stay updated on developments in LLMs, AI agents, and generative AI.

• Collaborate with stakeholders on AI initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 0–2 years of experience in AI, software implementation, software testing, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and generative AI.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.

• Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL Server.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.

Technical Skills

• Python programming and libraries such as Pandas.

• Familiarity with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Google Gemini.

• Basic knowledge of FastAPI and LangChain.

• Prompt engineering and AI output evaluation.

• SQL Server queries and data validation.

• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman is an advantage.
