Junior Business Analyst – UAE National

We are hiring UAE National talent to join a digital transformation program in Abu Dhabi, building an enterprise workflow and e-service platform using Microsoft technologies, including .NET and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements workshops by capturing notes, documenting process flows, and maintaining requirement logs.

• Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and screen-level specifications under senior guidance.

• Maintain requirements traceability matrices and change logs.

• Support UAT by preparing scenarios, assisting business users during testing, and recording feedback.

• Produce Arabic and English user guides and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal English.

• Arabic fluency.

• Structured thinking and strong attention to detail in documentation.

• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
