Junior Civil Engineer – Property Maintenance / Site Coordination

We are looking for a Junior Civil Engineer to support civil maintenance, renovation, and site coordination activities across our managed properties. Candidates without prior UAE/Gulf experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect properties and identify civil maintenance requirements.

• Assist with coordinating painting, masonry, tiling, waterproofing, and other repair works.

• Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and suppliers.

• Take site measurements and assist with quantity calculations and material estimates.

• Monitor work progress, workmanship, and completion timelines.

• Maintain site records and prepare progress reports.

• Follow up on tenant complaints related to civil maintenance.

• Ensure work follows company safety procedures and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and civil maintenance.

• Ability to read drawings and take site measurements.

• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to learn and visit different properties.
