Junior Civil Engineer

GLC Civil Projects Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career Civil Engineer looking to gain hands-on experience across civil construction projects while working closely with our project and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and delivery of civil construction works

• Support Project Engineers, Project Managers and site teams

• Assist with site inspections, measurements and progress tracking

• Review drawings, specifications and project documentation

• Assist with quantities, procurement and subcontractor coordination

• Maintain project records, reports and site documentation

• Assist with quality, safety and environmental requirements

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants

• Attend site meetings and assist with day-to-day project coordination

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or currently completing your final year

• Graduate or approximately 1–2 years of industry experience welcomed

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Confident using Microsoft Office; AutoCAD experience is advantageous

• Ability to read and understand construction drawings

• Willingness to work both on site and in the office

• Current Australian driver’s licence

• White Card

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 – 50.0 per week
