Junior Data Analyst – Fresher / Recent Graduate

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Data Analyst to join our team. This is an entry-level position specifically suitable for recent graduates and candidates looking to begin their career in Data Analytics.

The successful candidate will assist the company in organizing, analysing and maintaining business data, preparing reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and ensuring that management has accurate and useful information for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, clean and analyse business data.

• Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets and records.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management.

• Create dashboards and visual reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and inconsistencies.

• Assist management in monitoring business performance and KPIs.

• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of information.

• Work with different departments to collect and consolidate required data.

• Assist in improving existing reporting and data-management processes.

• Prepare presentations, charts and summaries based on analytical findings.

• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

• Carry out other data analysis and reporting tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate / recent pass-out candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• No previous full-time work experience required.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.

• Good knowledge of SQL.

• Good knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or similar visualization tools is preferred.

• Good knowledge of Python or R would be an advantage, but is not mandatory.

• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.

• Comfortable working with large amounts of information and spreadsheets.

• Responsible, organized and able to meet deadlines.

• Willingness to learn new software, systems and analytical tools.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
