• More junior resource (3-5 years)

• Someone who takes direction and wants to learn

• Knows enough to follow instructions, but can lean in and be autonomous

• Preferred experience in the finance space (they work with sensitive data)

• More Python than SQL (their team actually doesn’t do much with SQL)

• Needs to write good functional Python code & read Bash
