Job Summary

The Junior F&B Attendant is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department by providing excellent guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food and beverage service standards are consistently met. The role supports senior service staff in delivering a pleasant dining experience while following company policies and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating as required.

• Assist in setting up tables, arranging cutlery, crockery, glassware, and table linens.

• Support food and beverage service according to established service standards.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally under supervision.

• Assist with taking guest orders and communicating them accurately to the kitchen or bar.

• Refill water, clear used plates, and maintain clean and organized tables.

• Ensure the restaurant, dining area, service stations, and equipment remain clean and presentable.

• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown when required.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

• Respond politely to guest requests and report complaints or special requirements to the supervisor.

• Assist with opening and closing duties, including mise en place and replenishment of supplies.

• Work cooperatively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
