Business Segment Overview

Institutional: Immerse yourself in the best-in-class institutional-grade technology, working alongside industry experts and gaining exposure to various asset classes, such as equities, options, fixed income securities, and advanced trading, research, and management technology.

Responsibilities

  • 2–3 years of professional software development experience

  • Strong foundation in C# and Python

  • Solid experience with SQL Server and relational databases

  • Understanding of full-stack application development

  • Interest in financial markets and trading technology

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Develop and enhance full-stack Fixed Income trading applications

  • Work with real-time market data from Bloomberg, Tradeweb, ICE, and other venues

  • Build services and user interfaces using C#, Python, and SQL Server

  • Assist in supporting and improving FIX-based trade and market data flows

  • Collaborate with senior engineers, traders, and business users

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support rotations

Hiring Salary Range $70,000-$90,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
