Job Description
AAG Prints is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills, knowledge of print production, video editing abilities, and experience in managing social media platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Print Production

Create designs for large-format printing, advertising, signage, wallpaper, and branding projects.

Prepare high-quality, print-ready artwork according to project specifications, dimensions, and resolution requirements.

Modify artwork based on client requirements and feedback.

Ensure accurate colours, layouts, dimensions, and print production specifications.

Coordinate with the production team to ensure artwork is suitable for printing and installation.

Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
Social Media Management & Video Editing

Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

Design engaging social media posts, stories, banners, and promotional materials.

Create and edit videos, reels, and promotional content showcasing the company's projects and services.

Plan and schedule social media posts to maintain a consistent online presence.

Write creative captions and use relevant hashtags to increase audience engagement.

Monitor comments and messages and respond to customer enquiries professionally.

Track social media performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Good video editing skills for social media reels, promotional videos, and marketing content.

Experience in social media management and content creation.

Knowledge of print-ready artwork preparation and large-format printing is an advantage.

Basic photography skills are an advantage.

Creative thinking, attention to detail, and good communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

A portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, and social media content.
