About the Role

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. The candidate will support our group's businesses by creating engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing, promotions, branding, and advertising.

The role involves working closely with the marketing team to develop creative designs for our different business activities, including cafés and coffee shops, food and beverage, and tailoring and retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative social media posts, Instagram stories, reels covers, and promotional campaigns.

• Develop marketing materials, flyers, brochures, menus, banners, and advertisements.

• Create engaging visuals for our cafés, F&B businesses, and tailoring and retail brands.

• Assist with branding, logo development, and maintaining consistent brand identity.

• Edit product photographs and prepare high-quality images for digital platforms.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.

• Adapt designs to suit different platforms, audiences, and business requirements.

• Support marketing activities, seasonal campaigns, and special events.

• Manage multiple design assignments and meet deadlines.

• Maintain organized design files and ensure consistency across all company brands.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design; freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Knowledge of Canva and social media design formats.

• Basic understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual communication.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with an in-house marketing team.

• A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
