Junior Mechanical Engineer – Property Management / Facilities Maintenance

We are looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to support building maintenance and facilities operations within our property management company. Candidates without prior UAE/Gulf experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, pumps, and other mechanical systems.

• Coordinate with technicians to resolve tenant maintenance requests.

• Conduct site inspections and follow up on maintenance work.

• Assist with preparing maintenance schedules, reports, and material requirements.

• Follow up with contractors and suppliers.

• Ensure work follows company safety procedures and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance systems.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

• Willingness to learn and work across different properties.
