This is a data-focused operational support role within the Boning Hall and Abattoir departments. In this role, you will play a key part in helping the operation understand and improve its performance through accurate data and reporting.

What to expect in the job?

  • Collect and validate operational production data, ensuring accuracy across reporting systems.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports covering production performance, yield, throughput, labour efficiency, rework, and waste.

  • Maintain and update reporting tools, including spreadsheets, databases, and dashboards.

  • Working closely with supervisors and management to monitor Work Orders and production results.

  • Analyse production variances, downtime, rework, and operational losses to identify trends and issues.

  • Produce reports, charts, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting.

  • Communicate findings clearly to supervisors and management and support operational meetings when required.

Working hours:

**Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm (approximately)**Note: This factory is located in an area that is not easily accessible by public transport.

Requirements

What we need from you?

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills

  • Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Basic to good skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

  • Ability to organise, analyse, and present data effectively

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A curious and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Ability to question and validate data when inconsistencies arise

  • Experience in manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or administrative environments is advantageous

  • Qualification in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Supply Chain, Food Science, or a related field is desirable

  • Portuguese/Polish speaking is advantageous but not required.
