Intern Program Overview:
We are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early career professionals. Our internship and co-op programs provide mentorship, training, hands-on experience, and growth opportunities that empower students to explore their career paths with confidence. Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.
Job Purpose
As an Intern, you will be part of the product team focused on enhancing our customer and dealer experience. This role is non-supervisory and emphasizes individual initiative and contribution while collaborating with others on the product team to achieve goals and meet deadlines to a high standard. You will work alongside with the product team on product initiatives in the backlog and on the roadmap and participate in relevant agile and product development ceremonies. You'll also be able to connect and network with other interns, peers and mentors who will challenge you and help you develop important product management skills while contributing your creative perspective on major projects.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with our customer and dealer facing teams to understand and validate new enhancement requests
Help design new product concepts to validate with customers and dealers
Review usage data to inform product decisions
Help with developing product requirements
Collaborate with engineering to build high-quality products that reflect end-to-end thinking
Support product development initiatives with market research on competitive landscape and industry trends.
Coordinate and work with cross-functional teams to ensure product launches are successful
Analyze production support data and prepare recommendations based on findings.
Experience Required
Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Product Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or Software Engineering, or related.

The annual salary for this role is USD $20.34 - $25.75 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
