Junior Project Manager - Skincare Manufacturing

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 4,500 per month

Incenta is a private-label skincare development and manufacturing platform based in Dubai. We help brands develop products from concept through formulation, packaging, sampling, production and delivery.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Junior Project Manager to coordinate client projects and keep every stage moving forward. You will work closely with our Brand Development Director, chemist, designer, suppliers and manufacturing team.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain project timelines, trackers and records, with clear deadlines and next steps.

• Collect client requirements and prepare structured project briefs.

• Coordinate formula samples, packaging samples and design revisions.

• Follow up with suppliers and internal teams on outstanding tasks.

• Collect supplier quotations and prepare cost comparisons and quotation drafts.

• Track production progress, outstanding documents and delivery arrangements.

• Prepare accurate client updates and follow up on agreed payment milestones.

• Identify delays or missing information early and escalate them with proposed solutions.

What we’re looking for

• Interest in project coordination, operations, purchasing or client servicing.

• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

• Clear written and spoken English.

• Confidence using Excel and AI

• Ability to manage several projects and follow up consistently.

• Comfort working with quantities, prices, specifications and deadlines.

• A practical approach to solving problems and willingness to learn.

Experience in cosmetics, packaging, manufacturing or sourcing is an advantage.
