Job description

Our dental clinic is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse who enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients. In this hybrid role, you will provide professional chairside assistance while also helping patients navigate their treatment journeys through structured phone communications and follow-ups. Full onboarding and training on our patient care framework will be provided.

What You Will Do:

Chairside Assistance: Assist the dentist during treatments, prepare patients, and maintain the treatment room following strict infection-control standards.
Patient Inquiries & Guidance: Handle inbound and outbound inquiries (such as Invisalign and cosmetic treatments) to understand patient needs and help them book consultations.
Care Coordination: Follow up with patients regarding their treatment plans, pre-consultation assessments, or appointment schedules in a gentle and supportive manner.
Information & Support: Answer standard questions regarding treatments, clinic processes, and general pricing accurately; coordinate with the dental team for any complex clinical queries.
Administrative Documentation: Accurately record patient communications, clinical notes, and agreed-upon next steps in the clinic management system daily.

Requirements:

Nursing degree or recognized clinical nursing background (Registered Nurse or equivalent).
Fluent spoken English; proficiency in Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, Russian, or Farsi is a strong plus.
Calm, clear, and empathetic phone manner with a strong patient-first attitude.
Own visa or spouse visa preferred.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a professional clinical environment.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
