Junior Sales Engineer

Overview:

Kinetics Group is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Engineer to support business development and technical sales activities. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to provide suitable technical solutions and support project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and upcoming projects within the assigned market.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders.

• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements and promote suitable solutions.

• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals and follow up on opportunities through to project award.

• Coordinate with internal technical teams to obtain the required information, solutions, and pricing.

• Present and explain products and technical solutions clearly to clients and stakeholders.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and provide timely updates on sales activities and project opportunities.

Skills & Attributes Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related role.

• Experience in construction, MEP, building materials, acoustics, or related industries is preferred.

• Strong technical understanding with the ability to explain solutions clearly to clients.

• Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Valid UAE Driving License is required, with willingness to conduct regular client and site visits.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage sales opportunities effectively.
