Junior UX Designer
Job Description:
Must-Have Skills
-
3-5 years of UX/UI design experience
-
Strong hands-on expertise in Figma - mandatory
-
Good understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy
-
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces
-
Strong sense of layout, typography, spacing, visual balance, and consistency
-
Ability to simplify complex workflows and technical concepts
-
Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling
-
Comfortable designing professional customer presentations
-
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams
-
Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-moving, multi-project environment
Good to Have
-
Exposure to AI / GenAI-driven applications and conversational UX
-
Experience using AI-assisted design or image-generation tools
-
Understanding of design systems and component-based application development
-
Exposure to enterprise applications, dashboards, SaaS or B2B product design
-
Familiarity with PowerPoint, Adobe tools, Canva or similar visual-design platforms
-
Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML/CSS, React or Angular  would be an advantage
