Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Kindergarten Teacher role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Kindergarten Teacher will design and deliver age-appropriate lessons that support early literacy, numeracy, social-emotional development, and creativity. Daily responsibilities include planning and implementing engaging activities, managing the classroom environment, observing and assessing student progress, and providing regular feedback to families. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues on curriculum alignment, attend staff meetings and training sessions, and contribute to school events and initiatives. Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive learning space that respects diverse backgrounds and learning needs is essential to this role.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in

    Education

    and early childhood

    Teaching

    , with a strong understanding of child development and kindergarten curricula.

  • Proficiency in

    and instructional design, including the ability to create engaging, differentiated learning activities.

  • Strong

  • Experience in

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a closely related field; relevant teaching certification is preferred.

  • Prior classroom teaching experience with kindergarten or early primary grades, ideally in an international or bilingual school setting.

  • Ability to create an inclusive, supportive classroom that encourages active learning and positive behavior.

  • Comfort with using educational technology and classroom resources to enhance instruction.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities throughout the school day.
