Title: Lead Engineer – Full Stack, Data & AI

Location: Boston, MA

Duration:* 12+ Months Contract

Must Require

10+ years of software engineering experience with strong *Python or Java* skills.

Strong *Full-Stack* experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React and FastAPI.

Experience building *data-centric applications, ETL/ELT, data modeling and analytics using Snowflake or equivalent.

Strong experience with *Kafka / Azure Event Hubs*, Docker and Kubernetes.

Strong *Investment Banking / Financial Services domain experience* with financial, market, portfolio or investment data.

Hands-on experience with *LLM, RAG and Agentic AI* solutions.

Experience with *MCP/FastMCP* and frameworks such as *LangGraph, AutoGen or CrewAI.

Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic or Azure OpenAI.

Cloud experience with *AWS, Azure or GCP*.

Strong technical leadership and hands-on architecture/development experience.

Nice to Have

DBT, Airflow/Dagster, document AI/OCR, knowledge graphs, Monte Carlo/probabilistic modeling, and Private Equity/Private Credit experience.

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
