Who We're Looking For

The right fit for this role

Desired Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in one of the following fields:

Requirements

• Computer Science

• Software Engineering

• Information Technology

• Quality Assurance / Software Testing

• Related technical discipline

• Experience with manual and automated testing across web applications

• Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration testing

• Knowledge of web accessibility testing (WCAG standards)

• Experience with API testing and validation

Qualities

Meticulous attention to detail with a zero-tolerance approach to bugs reaching production

Systematic and process-oriented

you build repeatable, documented workflows

Strong communication skills for clear, actionable bug reporting

What You'll Do

Core responsibilities

• 01Develop and maintain QA testing frameworks for all client and internal projects

• 02Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases

• 03Perform functional, regression, and performance testing across websites and funnels

• 04Automate repetitive testing processes to increase team efficiency

• 05Validate booking flows and payment integrations for med spa client sites

• 06Test cross-browser and cross-device compatibility on all deliverables

• 07Manage bug tracking and resolution workflows using project management tools

• 08Conduct code reviews from a QA perspective to catch issues early

• 09Establish QA best practices and maintain testing documentation

• 10Coordinate with the development team on release schedules and deployment gates

• 11Test email and SMS automation workflows built in GoHighLevel

• 12Validate analytics tracking implementation (GA4, GTM, conversion pixels)

Compensation

Negotiable, based on experience.
