Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled React Lead Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, front-end architecture, and team leadership, with the ability to collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of modern web applications using React.js
Architect scalable and reusable front-end solutions
Guide and mentor a team of front-end developers
Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams
Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and standards
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness
Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.)
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
Drive adoption of modern front-end tools and frameworks
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Required Skills

12+ years of experience in front-end development
Strong expertise in React.js and JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with Redux or Context API
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
Strong understanding of component-based architecture
Experience with REST APIs and API integration
Familiarity with version control tools like Git
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Good to Have Skills

Experience with Next.js
Knowledge of TypeScript
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
Understanding of Micro Frontend architecture
Experience with UI frameworks (Material UI, Bootstrap)
