Lead Software Engineer

**Responsibilities**

* Design, build, and maintain highly scalable REST APIs and full-stack applications.

* Lead technical initiatives within cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration across multiple projects and departments.

* Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, automate tasks, and enhance overall engineering productivity.

* Author and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation for system architecture, APIs, and operational processes.

* Optimize application performance utilizing advanced caching systems to reduce system latency and database load.

* Enforce code quality standards through rigorous unit testing, code reviews, and automated CI/CD pipelines.

**Required Qualifications**

* **Experience:** 8+ years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade web applications.

* **Core Stack:** Deep expertise and flexibility working across **Node.js**, **Python**, **React.js**, and **Next.js**.

* **Databases:** Strong proficiency in relational databases, including complex schema design, indexing, and query optimization.

* **Cloud Infrastructure:** Hands-on experience deploying, scaling, and managing applications on AWS.

* **Testing:** Strong commitment to unit testing frameworks and test-driven development principles.

**Nice-to-Have (Plus)**

* Hands-on experience designing and implementing **event-driven architectures**.

* Familiarity with **microservices** design patterns, decomposition, and inter-service communication.

* Experience with mobile application development for **Android or iOS**.
