Job description

Wanted Male Nurse in Site/ Workplace

WORK LOCATION :

Abu Dhabi/ Dubai

Salary: AED 3,000.00 - AED 8,000.00 per month Based on Experience.

Experience: 3-8 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

DHA - DOH Approval (Required)/DHA Eligibility Letter or License as a "Registered Nurse

Holds a Bachelors Degree in Nursing.

DHA Approval is Mandatory

Age below 45

Bachelor or Diploma in Nursing

Job Type: Full-time

Excellent nursing knowledge and skills

Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

Stores, administers and monitor first aid treatments on injuries, accidents and other health related illness to employees and students

Monitor and record vital signs, perform basic diagnostic investigations like use of glucometer, pulse-oximeter, ECG recording, etc.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

Manage and maintain patient care documentation or medical records

Emergency Care: Providing immediate medical care for patients with acute injuries or illnesses, such as administering medication, performing CPR, and stabilizing patients.

Trauma Management: Assisting in the management of trauma patients, including coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and appropriate care.

Patient Advocacy: Advocating for patients' needs and ensuring they receive appropriate care and support throughout their emergency department stay.

Documentation: Accurately documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical records.

Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Experience:

Critical Care: Monitoring and providing care for critically ill patients, including those on life support systems such as mechanical ventilation.

Advanced Monitoring: Utilizing specialized equipment to continuously monitor patients' vital signs, oxygenation, and other critical parameters.

Medication Management: Administering medications and intravenous therapies, closely monitoring patients for adverse reactions or changes in condition.

Collaboration: Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Family Support: Providing emotional support and education to patients' families, helping them understand the patient's condition and treatment plan.

Industrial Experience:

Occupational Health: Conducting pre-employment screenings, health assessments, and medical surveillance for employees in industrial settings.

Injury Prevention: Implementing injury prevention programs and protocols to promote workplace safety and reduce the risk of occupational injuries and illnesses.

Emergency Response: Responding to workplace emergencies such as accidents, chemical exposures, or medical crises, providing immediate medical care and coordinating with external emergency services when needed.

Health Promotion: Developing and delivering health promotion initiatives and educational programs to improve employee wellness and overall health.
