Manager of Banking Department (Chinese Speaker)

1. Business development of international settlement and trade finance, including but not limited on customer marketing, clients service, market development, product innovation and sales

2. Banking operation, including but not limited on account opening, remittance, online banking and other transaction banking products operation

3. International settlement operation, including but not limited on LC, LG, international remittance, instruments

4. Trade finance operation, including but not limited on invoice discount, LC discount , forfaiting, risk participation

5. Discharge AML and compliance obligations of the position pursuant to applicable laws and regulations as well as the Branch's internal policies including, without limitation, the AML Manual and the Compliance Manual

6. Other issues assigned by the Head of department

Competencies

Competency 1

Distinctive international settlement and trade finance knowledge and at least 3-year-experience of above-said sectors

Competency 2

Good knowledge of applicable rules and regulations covering all businesses;

Competency 3

Knowing well about the products handled by the Branch (including but not limited on LC/LG/Trade Finance) and operation procedures

Knowing well about the bank’s systems,

Good analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills, good promotion skills and sense of market and business development
