About the job:

• Lead the delivery of infrastructure, landscaping, and development projects, ensuring successful completion within agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.

• Manage project execution from planning through handover, coordinating consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project schedules, critical milestones, costs, and risks, implementing corrective actions to maintain delivery objectives.

• Drive compliance with regulatory requirements and approvals, ensuring projects progress efficiently and in line with applicable standards.

• Review project performance, progress reports, contractor claims, and commercial matters to support effective decision-making and budget control.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including development, procurement, commercial, and operations functions, to ensure seamless project delivery and stakeholder alignment.

• Oversee quality and site performance, ensuring consultants and contractors meet established standards and contractual obligations.

• Support successful project closeout and handover, ensuring assets are delivered in line with operational requirements and customer expectations.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

  , Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.

• You will be expected to be available on-site

  across our projects, hence a

  valid UAE driver's license

  is also required.

• We are open to candidates from other industries, however you must have managed construction projects from planning through delivery, including obtaining government authority approvals.

• Strong project management capability, including budget control, scheduling, risk management, contractor management, and stakeholder coordination.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.

• Proven analytical and reporting skills with the ability to provide clear project updates and recommendations to leadership teams
