Job Title: Marketing and Social Media Manager

Location: Via Riyadh and Laysen Valley

Company: Group of high-end restaurants

Starting salary: SAR 6,000 plus FREE room, transportation, 1 duty meal OR SAR 8,000 full package, live out

Job Summary: The F&B Marketing Manager plans and leads all marketing activity for the restaurant. The role is to build a strong brand, attract new guests, bring back regular guests, and grow sales through creative campaigns and good use of social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage the marketing plan and yearly calendar for the restaurant, including promotions, seasonal menus, and special events.

• Manage the restaurant's social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and others) and plan fresh, high-quality content.

• Work with influencers, food media, and brand partners to build awareness and attract new guests in Riyadh.

• Work with the kitchen and operations teams to promote new dishes, menus, and offers.

• Manage the marketing budget, agencies, photographers, and suppliers, and make sure all work is on time and on brand.

• Track results of campaigns, online reviews, and guest feedback, and report on sales impact and ideas to improve.

• Protect the high-end image of the brand in all materials, and perform other related tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in food and beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.

• Very good spoken and written English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

• Good knowledge of social media, content creation, and digital marketing, with a creative mind and good attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
