Breckenridge Grand Vacations
Job description
Description
Marketing Business Systems Analyst
Location: Breckenridge, CO (Hybrid – must reside in Colorado; in-office once a week and as needed) Position Type: Full-Time Exempt
Compensation: $78,000 - $95,680 (DOE)
About the Role
At Breckenridge Grand Vacations, we create Grand Vacations by Sharing Smiles with every Owner, Guest, and coworker. As our Marketing Business Systems Analyst, you will be the driving force behind the technology that powers those smiles, leading the selection, implementation, and optimization of the marketing systems, applications, and integrations that enable a seamless customer journey from first data capture through purchase, owner upsell, and referral.
You will be the subject matter expert for our marketing technology ecosystem, spanning Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, WordPress, Tableau, and a connected network of vendor platforms, translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements, workflows, and solutions. Working across our multi-channel marketing and sales teams, you will connect communication opportunities with the broader business, driving growth through innovation, automation, and efficiency.
This is a hybrid position requiring the employee to reside in Colorado and work from our Breckenridge office, once a week and as needed for additional meetings or events.
If you thrive in a collaborative, values-driven environment, are motivated by solving complex problems, and find deep satisfaction in building systems that create measurable impact for Owners, Guests, and coworkers, we'd love to meet you.
