Marketing Campaign Manager

Job Responsibilites:

1. Plan and implement various marketing campaigns based on business needs and operational direction.

2. Independently complete the entire operational chain of marketing campaigns, including campaign planning, supply and recruitment strategy development, material design, and execution.

3. Responsible for tracking, analyzing, and iterating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting campaign operation strategies in a timely manner, and ensuring the achievement of core metrics.

4. Explore innovative campaign formats adapted to the local market, and promote the functional updates and iterations of relevant marketing products and tools;

5. Efficiently collaborate with product, B2B, marketing, and delivery departments to promote the growth of marketing campaign effectiveness and improve operational efficiency;

6. Utilize AI tools to assist in daily work, improve output efficiency and quality, and proactively explore best practices for AI application in this role.

Job Requirements :

1. Background in an food delivery, ecommerce related industry, with over 3 years of experience in in Marketing Campaigns , User Growth operations.

2. Familiar with various internet marketing campaign strategies and tactics;

3. Strong logical thinking and framework-based thinking abilities, able to present work output in an organized manner;

4. Team player with project management and risk control capabilities, adept at collaborative efforts, and able to effectively communicate and cooperate across departments;

5. Strong data analysis skills, adept at identifying data issues, and a data-driven work ethic.
