ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to turn customer, campaign, and business data into actionable insights. This opportunity is ideal for recent Master’s graduates interested in Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Customer Intelligence, and data-driven business strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze marketing and customer data to identify trends and performance opportunities.

• Track campaign KPIs, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and engagement metrics.

• Build dashboards and reports for marketing and business teams.

• Use SQL to extract and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Perform customer segmentation and behavioral analysis.

• Support campaign performance analysis and optimization.

• Conduct A/B test analysis and interpret results.

• Identify trends in customer behavior and recommend data-driven strategies.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data teams.

• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel.

• Understanding of marketing metrics, KPIs, and statistical analysis.

• Familiarity with Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.

• Knowledge of customer segmentation and A/B testing is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Recent Master’s graduates / 2026 graduates preferred.

• Candidates with backgrounds in Data, Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related fields.

• Candidates currently authorized to work in the U.S.

• F-1 / OPT / STEM OPT candidates may be considered, subject to specific employer requirements.
