About the Role

KW Qatar – Eagle Wharf Realty is looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Manager / Graphic Designer & Videographer with strong experience in the real estate industry.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our marketing activities from concept to execution — including social media content, property marketing, graphic design, photography, videography, video editing, digital campaigns, and brand development.

The ideal candidate is both creative and results-driven, with a strong eye for design and the ability to create high-quality content that showcases our properties, agents, projects, and brand.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Social Media

* Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate listings, projects, agents, and the company brand.

* Manage and maintain social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

* Create and manage monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns.

* Develop engaging content for property listings, agent profiles, company announcements, events, and promotional campaigns.

* Monitor social media performance and provide regular marketing reports and recommendations.

* Coordinate digital advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Graphic Design

* Design high-quality marketing materials including property brochures, flyers, social media posts, digital advertisements, presentations, banners, and other promotional materials.

* Develop creative concepts and visual content aligned with the company's brand guidelines.

* Create property-specific marketing materials that highlight key selling points and attract potential buyers and tenants.

* Maintain consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Photography & Videography

* Plan and produce professional property photos and video content for listings and social media.

* Conduct property shoots, agent videos, walkthroughs, reels, project videos, interviews, and promotional content.

* Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.

* Create engaging video content that supports lead generation and property sales/leasing.

* Manage the full content production process from concept and shooting to editing and publishing.

Real Estate Marketing

* Work closely with the sales and leasing teams to understand their marketing requirements.

* Support agents with personal branding, property campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.

* Coordinate marketing for property launches, open houses, events, and other real estate activities.

* Stay updated on Qatar's real estate market, social media trends, content trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

* Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the real estate industry.

* Proven experience in graphic design, social media marketing, photography, videography, and video editing.

* Strong portfolio demonstrating previous marketing, graphic design, and video work.

* Excellent knowledge of design and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.

* Experience creating content specifically for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

* Good understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRM, and digital marketing.

* Strong understanding of branding and visual communication.

* Ability to operate cameras and basic photography/videography equipment.

* Strong creative sense with excellent attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

* Excellent English communication and writing skills.

* Arabic is an advantage.

* Real estate marketing experience is strongly preferred.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is not only a marketing planner but also a hands-on content creator.

You should be comfortable moving between designing a property post, filming a property walkthrough, editing a Reel, creating an advertising campaign, and working directly with our agents and marketing team.
