We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies and campaigns across the UAE beauty and wellness market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, bookings, and revenue.

• Manage digital marketing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.

• Plan promotions, seasonal campaigns, events, and brand activations.

• Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships within the UAE.

• Monitor competitors, market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance.

• Work closely with Branch Managers and Operations to support branch-level marketing.

• Manage marketing budgets and prepare performance reports for Management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the UAE

• Mandatory UAE experience in beauty, salon, spa, wellness, or related industry

• Strong knowledge of the UAE beauty market and Arab customer segment

• Experience in social media, digital advertising, and influencer marketing

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills

• Fluent in Arabic and English

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
