Marketing Manager - Business Development Manager

We are looking for a commercially focused leader with a proven ability to achieve sales targets, attract and retain members, and manage marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to achieve membership and revenue targets.

• Lead membership sales, renewals, upgrades, corporate packages, and promotions for club services.

• Manage the sales team, monitor performance, and ensure consistent follow-up on enquiries and prospective members.

• Oversee social media, digital advertising, content creation, PR, and influencer partnerships.

• Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign results and return on investment.

• Develop corporate partnerships, referral programmes, promotional events, and community activities.

• Coordinate with fitness and operations teams to deliver a positive member experience.

• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

• Prepare regular reports on sales results, lead conversion, membership retention, and marketing performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of five years of marketing and sales experience, including team leadership, preferably in Qatar or the GCC.

• Experience in the gym, fitness, wellness, or premium hospitality sector is strongly preferred.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering successful marketing campaigns.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media advertising, CRM systems, and lead management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Must currently reside in Qatar and be eligible to transfer employment.

Pay: QAR5,100.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
