Marketing Manager (F&B Experience)

Job Description:

We are urgently looking for an experienced and highly professional Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, business strategy, and marketing performance across our F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's marketing and brand strategy across all business units

• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media channels

• Lead content creation, design direction, and brand communication to ensure consistency across all platforms

• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives

• Coordinate with international partners, agencies, and suppliers to maintain brand standards and strategic alignment

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum return on investment for all campaigns

• Support new store openings, product launches, and promotional activities

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations

• Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and Senior Management to align marketing activities with business objectives

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in the same Marketing Manager role

• Proven experience within the F&B and Hospitality industry only

• Strong design and creative skills

• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing platforms

• Experience in business strategy development and execution

• Strong background in brand management and international brand coordination

• Ability to drive marketing performance, customer engagement, and revenue growth

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Experience working with multi-unit restaurant or hospitality brands

• Results-driven with a strategic and commercial mindset

Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
