Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Marketing Manager to drive the growth of E-Movers’ White-Glove Moving and Luxury Relocation services across the UAE. This premium service offering caters to high-net-worth individuals, luxury homeowners, VIP clients, and corporate customers, delivering a personalized, high-quality relocation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

• Manage digital marketing campaigns, SEO, Google Ads, and social media.

• Establish partnerships with luxury real estate agencies, property developers, interior designers, and relocation consultants.

• Develop marketing materials, premium content, and promotional campaigns.

• Work closely with sales and operations teams to convert leads into confirmed bookings.

• Monitor marketing budgets, lead conversion, revenue growth, and campaign ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury services, relocation, real estate, or hospitality.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and business development.

• Strong knowledge of the Dubai market and partnership development.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and commercial skills.

• Qualified leads and confirmed bookings.

• Revenue growth and marketing ROI.

• New strategic partnerships and referral business.

• Customer acquisition cost and conversion rates.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
