About Us

I Buy Real Estate Management LLC is a boutique real estate brokerage based on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, specialising in resale, off plan, leasing and short term rentals across the capital’s most sought after communities. We are an award winning partner of leading UAE developers, and we are looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing as we grow.

The Role

You will turn strategy into execution across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across social media and search

• Manage social media content, scheduling and community engagement

Lead Generation

• Manage property portal listings and performance

• Track lead sources, cost per lead and conversion across the sales funnel

Project Launches

• Lead marketing for new developments, including brochures, landing pages, video content and investor campaigns

Events

• Plan and promote client and investor events from concept to follow up

Website and SEO

• Oversee website content, SEO, conversion and analytics

Marketing Automation

• Work with CRM and AI tools to keep the client journey fast, organised and measurable

Brand and Content

• Produce client facing copy and marketing materials in line with our premium brand

Budgeting and Reporting

• Manage marketing budgets and present clear monthly performance reports to management

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in UAE real estate, development or luxury hospitality

• Proven results in performance marketing and lead generation

• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing analytics

• A sharp eye for premium design and brand consistency

• Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter

• Organised, proactive and able to manage several projects at once
