The Opportunity

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and day-to-day delivery across a portfolio of dynamic community shopping centres across Melbourne’s rapidly growing north-west corridor. Including Keilor Central, Central West Shopping Centre, Tarneit West Village Shopping Centre and Taylors Hill Village Shopping Centre.

Based primarily at Keilor Central, this role plays an important part in supporting retailer success, driving customer engagement and enhancing the profile of each centre within its local community.

This is a genuine end-to-end marketing role where you'll balance planning and strategy with hands-on execution. You'll work closely with National Marketing, Centre Management, retailers, community groups and agencies to deliver campaigns, events, communications and initiatives that support centre performance and strengthen local connections.

The portfolio includes a mix of modern high-performing neighbourhood shopping centres and a bustling, convivence-driven sub-regional centre, creating plenty of variety. You'll have the opportunity to build strong local retailer relationships, support community-focused initiatives and contribute ideas that help evolve and refresh established centres across the portfolio.

About The Role

You will take ownership of marketing planning, campaign execution and stakeholder engagement across the portfolio, ensuring activity is delivered with excellence and aligns with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Develop and deliver annual marketing plans, campaigns and promotional activity across the portfolio

  • Build strong relationships with retailers, community groups, suppliers and key stakeholders

  • Coordinate creative development, advertising, digital content, events and centre communications

  • Curate and manage marketing budgets, reporting and campaign performance analysis

  • Deliver client reporting and provide recommendations to enhance centre performance and customer engagement

  • Support community engagement initiatives that strengthen each centre's local presence

  • Partner closely with National Marketing, Centre Management and Asset Management teams to support business objectives and asset performance

  • Assist with event delivery and operational execution when required, ensuring initiatives are delivered successfully on the ground

  • This role includes cross centre reporting, requiring someone who can work efficiently, manage competing priorities and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

About You

We're interested in marketing professionals who enjoy working closely with stakeholders, building relationships and delivering tangible outcomes within a retail environment.

You'll Likely Bring

  • Minimum 2+ years marketing experience within retail, property, shopping centres, place-based marketing or a related environment

  • Strong capability across events, campaigns, digital marketing and stakeholder engagement

  • Experience in managing budgets, reporting requirements and multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Confidence working with retailers, community groups and various stakeholders

  • A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to get involved in day-to-day centre activity

  • Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills

Retail or shopping centre marketing experience will be highly regarded.

So, what’s in it for you?

  • Ownership of an established diverse portfolio across multiple centre asset classes

  • Variety across community engagement, retailer marketing, events and strategic campaigns

  • Exposure to a respected institutional client portfolio

  • Flexibility and freedom to show initiative and make an impact

  • Career development opportunities within one of the world's largest real estate services organisations
