About the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Director to lead and develop our marketing capabilities and manage marketing projects for our clients.
The role combines marketing strategy, client management, team coordination, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop marketing strategies and plans for clients.
• Manage marketing accounts and projects from planning to execution.
• Oversee social media, content, digital campaigns, and brand activities.
• Coordinate and manage internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and suppliers when needed.
• Build and develop the marketing team as the business grows.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and marketing proposals.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports.
• Ensure consistent quality across marketing activities.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in marketing.
• Experience in a marketing, creative, or digital agency is preferred.
• Good understanding of social media, digital marketing, content, and branding.
• Experience managing teams or external partners.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Good Arabic and English.
